Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our collectors! That's why once you've received an original artwork, you have seven days to decide whether to keep it or return it in its original condition for a refund. You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not listed as a "Final Sale Item"), provided that it is returned in its original condition and packaging. We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. IMPORTANT: please do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must contact us first. In order to ensure a full refund for your return, we advise that you insure the package and obtain tracking information.

We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the artwork. Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site and the collector is returning it as a result of buyer's remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs. However, if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, or if the wrong item was sent, the collector will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for any artwork valued at more than $1,500.
